Education: Completion of high school, Completion of university


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Membership in the Canadian Bar Association


Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years


Languages: Speak English, Read English


Work Setting: Professional association or law society, Private corporation or industry


Area of Legal Specialization: Civil litigation, Litigation


Specific Skills: Plead clients' cases before courts of law, tribunals and boards, Draw up legal documents, Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law


Additional Skills: Use computer applications
