Title: Litigation law clerk (Insurace Defence, Primary focus Personal Injury) 

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Day

Salary: $45,000.00 to $58,000.00 Yearly for 40 hours per week, Bonus

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Toronto Centre, Ontario (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable

Experience: 5 years or more

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Legal software applications

Type of Legal Experience (Legal or Law Clerks Only): Civil litigation

Type of Establishment Experience: Legal firm

Legal or Law Clerk Specific Skills: Assist lawyers by interviewing clients, witnesses and other related parties
